I am 40 years old, 65 weight and height 5.8" I have been having short bouts of thrills at the center of my chest. They come and go. Sometimes 3-4 times day and sometimes 0 times a day. I do smoke an occasional cigarette (4 times a week). Is this just anxiety or an underlying heart issue?
