Hello, Majority of the supplements are recommended by fitness trainers, as they only look for temporary results without considering its, side effects. I have always maintained the, fact that diet corrections, recommendations and recommendation of any supplements should be judged only by a well qualified dietitian, as taking it under recommendation of any fitness trainer can harm them, since most of the physical trainer lack in indepth knowledge.
