You can have every fruit except papaya and pineapple and she can take every vegetable in cooked form but raw vegetable you should avoid in first trimester. You should avoid unheated deli meats, soft-cooked or raw eggs, raw or under cooked meats, raw sprouts. Unpasteurized (raw) milk and foods made from it, such as feta, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined cheeses, queso blanco and queso fresco. Hi, congratulations! Considering height and weight, you should gain around 9-11 kg in your Pregnancy. Best diet plan is eat whatever you like. First trimester you may feel lot of vomiting sensation. So better to have dry diet at morning. Second trimester onwards you can eat whavever you like. Do little exercises like walks. Supplements are dry fruits, fruits, as far as possible natural ways. Have milk and milk products. If possible consume 0.5-1litre milk per day, that gives you required calcium supplement. Get your tests done with your obstetrician and after your first three months are over meet dietician.
