Yes, Skipping is good for anyone. But don't do the same thing everyday. Try to include other things in your workout as well to keep it interesting and keep the body guessing and forcing it to adopt to different types of stimuli. Side Note: Always wear a sports bra while doing any kind of physical workout. (Especially skipping)
