Respected sir, Sir mera blood pressure hamesha low rehta hai, isse mujhe koi khas problem nehi hota hai, kabhi 70/50, kabhi 90/60. Bas body pain rehta hai, pain killer kabhi kabhar leta hoo. Khana pina bhi acha hai. Koi chinta ka bishai to nehi hai. Kripa. Marg darshan karein. THANKS.

Agar aapko kisi tarah ki problem nhi hoti to ghabrane ki baat nhi h. Ek baar apne heart ki Echo karwa lijiye. Agar Echo this ho to Liquid khoob le, Ghabhraye nahi.
