How to get relief from adicity? As in every third day I get acidity I don't know the reason why I also don't eat heavy stuff neither junk food nor fried stuff? Then what is the reason behind my acidity.

Please specify the symptoms. Do you have more gas formation or nausea and vomiting or bitter taste in the mouth. Please take breakfast on time. Avoid tea/ coffee empty stomach. Have frequent small meals. Do not stay hungry for long time. Drink lots of water and fluids. Curd ,lassi, chhas, watermelon ,coconut water are good. Avoid softdrinks and deep fried food. Also walk after dinner for 15-30 minutes.
