My age is 23, I am suffering with bad smell from my mouth. I brush daily twice and after my brush few minutes later smell will come. My father always used to say me that the smell is coming so please advice me what to do.

Go for scaling.
Take plenty of water every day and keep your intestine clean. So take 1 tsf trifala churn with hot water every night. Will help to solve your problem.

Hello Bad smell from mouth may be due to many reasons like food debris between two teeth, ignoring tongue hygiene while brushing etc. To Prevent/Eliminate bad breath: 1. Brush twice a day using correct brushing technique (watch youtube videos to learn correct method) cause if your brushing technique is not correct food debris will be there lodged somewhere in your mouth in turn leading to bacterial growth resulting in bad smell 2. Change your toothbrush every 3 months. 3. Use floss daily (to clean between teeth). 4. Clean your tongue daily. 5. Gargle with plain water after every meal. 6. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables. 7. Limit intake of tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, sticky and sweet food. 8. Use a mouthwash once a day. If your problem still persists, kindly visit your nearby dentist for a proper clinical examination. The dentist may advise you for professional cleaning known as scaling an polishing. Kindly follow the advice to eliminate your problem.

If you also have any digestive problem or constipation than pls correct it first. Consult your nearby Dr. is good for that. Brush teeth regularly twice (use any of ayurvedic tooth powder or paste) and do proper gargling after taking any food.

Either it might be due to bad oral hygiene or it might be due to digestive problems. Do check your blood sugar levels and other tests like liver function test if needed. Eat healthy food (freshly prepared home food with fruits and vegetables everyday ). Clean your mouth after every meal. Brush your teeth twice a day along with cleaning the tongue. Maintain good bowel habits. Go for a dental check up once a year as a routine. You can also take Homeopathy if the situation does not improve after that.

Hi, There are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently.
