I have got a grand son (Born on 01 MAY 2017), his mother is not able to breast feed him, but strangely, the hospital staff, including the Pediatrician advise to feed him with spoon, and were AGAINST feeding with the bottle? Need your Adv. Please.

Wati spoon is the correct method, as bottle feeding is associated with lots of problems like stomach infection, ear infections, etc.
There is nothing strange in that. It is not advisable to feed the child with wati spoon for fear of maintaining sterility of bottles. However before declaring that she can't breastfeed the child, she must meet lactation consultant and try to succeed in breastfeeding.

Yes Bottle feeding is strictly not advised. bottle feeding leads to lots of diseases. Feeding with spoon is advisable.
Breastfeeding is nectar to baby. Give expressed breast milk with spoon not bottle feeding. Encourage mother to put baby on breast to suckling.
