How to loose weight I don't have time for exercise? I have a single tire stomach. But I want to control my Hunger and want to be fit and normal. Please help me.

Hello lybrate-user, according to your height your body weight is perfectly fine. To control hunger, drink more water because plenty of people confuse hunger with dehydration.
