Hi mam after 20 is it possible to grow hight by exercise as I am busy in studying so I can't get sufficient time for exercise. Is it good for health taking any medicine for hight growth if yes then please recommend any medicine.

Dear user. I can understand. Height growth is 90 percent genetical and 10 percent with exercise and diet. You must see that how much your ancestors have in height. If they have height, you will also have. Otherwise no. Even then, at this age, you cannot make much difference. Physical exercises can help upto an extent. Take care.

1.Eat healthy balanced diet. Take diet rich vitamin D (fish, mushroom,diary product, egg, exposure to sun light), rich in calcium (cheese, soybean,sardines, green vegetable, fruits, whole grain, low fat diary product, fortified cereals), diet rich in zinc (peas,egg,chocolate), carbohydrate and protein rich diet.
