Hello, I do exercise for 30 minutes and walking for 7-8 kms for five (5) days in a week. My weight is 89 at present & lose 2 kgs since Feb 2017. I don't take any type of oily & fried food, no cold drink, pizza, burger etc. Eat 3-4 eggs (white Part) in morning, Daily A fruit, dry fruits almonds & walnut alternately, Eat 2or 3 chapatis in lunch & dinner with daal/cooked vegetable. But My speed of losing weight is very slow and also feel indigestion also. please advise.
