Hello, I do exercise for 30 minutes and walking for 7-8 kms for five (5) days in a week. My weight is 89 at present & lose 2 kgs since Feb 2017. I don't take any type of oily & fried food, no cold drink, pizza, burger etc. Eat 3-4 eggs (white Part) in morning, Daily A fruit, dry fruits almonds & walnut alternately, Eat 2or 3 chapatis in lunch & dinner with daal/cooked vegetable. But My speed of losing weight is very slow and also feel indigestion also. please advise.

Our body looses weight fast when we surprises it with exercise. So don't follow the same pattern of exercise for more then 2 weeks. Change with speed, frequency. Like, now you can start with interval training (running at your highest speed for 1/2 to 1 minute and at medium speed for half minutes) repeat this 12 to 15 times. After that, do some body weight exercise, targeting more problematic areas of your body (can do, like: sit ups, push ups, lunges, burpees etc. At the end, do 5 minutes medium walk and stretch all body parts. Pre- workout snack: Take some fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice or fresh vegetable juice (1/2 hour prior your workout). Post -workout snack: Just after workout take Chamomile herbal tea. (helps to reduce fat fast) after 30 minutes of workout: Take snack rich in protein (boiled egg, sprout chat, soaked seeds/ dry fruits, paneer, soya milk etc.), it will help to improve muscles fast. So that, body will look leaner. Take 1 spoon Trikatu churna, 1/2 hour prior main meals and 1 spoon Trifla churn after 1/2 hour of main meals. It will improve your digestion and absorption of nutrients.
