Sir from last 5 days I am doing workout. I an using dumbbell, bar bell with weight 4,6,8 kg respectively. From two days I my feeling pain in my hand joints .like I am feeling pain in my wrist when I make my hand straight. So can I continue my workout with this pain?

No GYm and avoid it Rest use ICE therapy take IFT in the pain region x 10 days @ 10 min swimming ok.

That may be due to lifting heavy weight, reduce the weight or wait for some days till pain subside. If you do that even when pain is on there are chance that you may send up suffering from some muscle tear or any other grave damage to your body.
