Yes oats are very healthy. We include that in our daily bf too. No side effects. Hve cornflakes, eggs, toast, oats, masala oats, rava idly, rava dhosa etc for breakfast. Do not opt gor juice much hve cut fruits if you want!

Yes, Oats is very good for health and this is very good cereal to start your day, but you should include varieties in your diet like some time you can take daliya, veg stuffed besan cheela, ragi poridge, quinoa salad.
