hi, stop eating junk and processed food. do regular exercise. take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, pulses, sattu with milk, egg,milk and milk products etc. no drink before and with meals. take proper sleep and avoid stress. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for increase weight.
