After exercising a feel light headed. I did not faint but I see the world moving for few seconds. What can be the reason? This does not happen wen I dance or walk for 3 4 hours.
I have recently picked up exercising (its been 2 days). I never did it before.
I used to be 58 kg. I gained 14 kg in last 20 months.

light headedness can be due to exercising without having anything in the morning.
You need to have 2-3 energy biscuits and then start your workout.
