I am suffering from prolapses of rectum since last 40 years. Rectum come out when I go for latrine and I have to push back. But now a small part of rectum comes out when I walk even a little long distance. I had surgery of hernia 8 years back. Kindly advise what to do. My age is 60 years. Thanks.

Hi, with such a lax Rectum it's very dangerous. Imagine if it comes out and does not go in, you will be in trouble. Hence get yourself operated.
