You should apply ice packs. Avoid hot packs because it will rupture Baker's cyst and fluid will accumulate in ankle joint and back of the leg. It may cause swelling and pain. Put your leg raised while sleeping. Start physiotherapy treatment by consulting a physiotherapist nearby.
