I have found some smell in our left side teeth and this give some time pain but there was no any cavity or hole in my teeth please suggest what I should do.?

Firstly you should get a checkup by a dental surgeon. There may be gum infection. Sometimes cavity between two teeth may occur that is not visible from outside so after a dental radiograph actual diagnosis can be done.
