Hello Lybrate user, As you mentioned your condition this is due to sedentary lifestyle, irregular timing of meals, junk food and due to lower metabolic rate. Some time it's due to fear, anxiety, stress, lower intake of water also, so Take home made meal, and regular in time. Do 30 min exercise regularly in which add some yoga poses like Pawan muktasana, Vajrasana etc it gives you relief from your problems. Take 1 glass butter milk with pinch of jeera powder at lunch.
