After multiple sebaceous cyst operation there are some other minor cysts on scrotum I found today the surgery happened 20 days back by what scanning these minor invisible numerous cysts can be detected As if you suggest me to do the surgery for the remaining cysts after how many days I should do the surgery again now the stretches are not attached strongly THE PAIN Is SO AND SO SEVERE after surgery and I am fearing about another surgery.

Hi lybrate-user, the cyt operation should not be so painful. Most of my patients whom I have treated say that the pain was negligible and they continue to work. Surgery wounds usually heal very well within a week unless they are very huge or many cysts are closely placed. Plan for 2nd sitting after the first surgery wound has completely healed, probably after 3-4 weeks. Do contact in case of any guidance required.
