Hi Lybrate user, Do not worry for titer on HIV testing. Window period is maximum 3 month. And you have history of unprotected sex 7 month back. No need to repeat HIV testing again and again. Oral thrush can occurs when your immunity will low. It can also occurs in case of Diabetes or any other immunocompromised disease. Consult to the dermatologist for the skin rashes. For oral thrush start doing saline water gargle. If you are taking any steroids drug as inhaler for asthma or Copd this can also leads to oral thrush. So please maintain oral hygiene and don't thin about HIV only.
