I have a wrist pain which caused while doing a work out. So please help me out regarding this problem. When ever I lift weights its causing pain in the left wrist.

Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid exercising with the affected part, give rest till pain subsides - do warm fomentation of the area twice a day - apply pain relief gel three times a day - apply a wrist band or bandage to restrict movement - take a pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - get an x-ray done to rule out any bone injury or displacement problem, consult a doctor.
