don't take tension.stress is an other contributing factor to weight gain and slow metabolism.
drink warm water throughout the day .your problem can be solved with good diet chart .
pls check your haemoglobin level .you need to gain some strength and stamina .for that you have to enhance your nutritional status by having balanced diet and adequate sleep regularly.
take small and frequent meals. avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. avoid junk food and processed food.
