for 7 days omit all carbohydrates..in breakfast tAke methi water 2 glass..then vegetable juice after sometime....then a cup of green tea without sugar..have some almonds...in Ur breakfast have veg.soup,two boiled egg,chicken boiled..dal.....and a fruit of ur choice...in lunch take one plate green salad then a bowl full of veg soup and then chicken curry or fish...in the evening have some chola or roasted nuts....then at 8!pm have ur dinner with salad and soup...just do it fr 7 days it will work definitely..
