This is my first pregnancy ,so I want to know wht type of food or fruits I have to eat or not to eat. Is it safe to eat grapes in pregnancy?

hello, you should take lots of fruits like a watermelon ,muskmelon ,apple,coconut water etc. avoid papaya. drink more water in a day. avoid junk food and processed food. include calcium, iron ,protein rich food in your diet. have adequate ,timely good night sleep. avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. never miss out breakfast. you should avoid fasting and feasting. give me a private consult, I will help you with best nutrition.

You can drink milk, any fruits except papaya and pineapple you can eat. Have lot of veggies, dryfruits, fruits are safe. Do not skip any meal. Eat what you like. Do not b choosy.
