you need to take a balance diet. if you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet.
take high calorie and high protein rich food in frequent intervals.
do some basic workout everyday. you can try whey protein powder after workout.

Weight according to height concept is outdated. Nobody falls in that criteria. Better to workout 150 minutes per week and eat wholesome food.
You csn check CBC, usg abdomen+pelvis, xray chest pa view, to rule out any health issue if any.
