Take rhus tox 1000 and arnica mon. 1000 three times a day fore a week. Take high protein diet like eggs, fish,cheese etc.

hi, you need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from with in. you must take protein and calcium rich diet. take plenty of water to eliminate toxins.
