Female 46, Water Dispensing from nose continuously since 3 months left side. Some times headache is there. No accident. CT scan/MRI not given any conclusion. MRI brain - Impression - 1. No obvious intracranial abnormality is detected, 2.No obvious CSF leak can be visualized on 3D fiesta images on prone position (Adv. CT cisternography for further evaluation) As per MSCT scan - right O.M .complex and left spheno-ethmoidal recess are blocked, Left O.M. Complex, right spheno-ethmoidal and biletralfronto-ethmoidal recesses are patent.
