I am facing some serious issues now a days. I think nightfall is good for health if it occurs sometimes but if it occurs frequently then definitely it's not a good sign. I Request you to suggest me what I can do to control nightfall as it is occurring very frequently these days.

You are having frequent night fall problem. Don't worry. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take light dinner always. For better guidance and natural safe permanent treatment, consult privately.
