Mam my weight is constant from 2 years in 2014 my weight was 42 kg and now I am just 37 kg and there is no improvement plzz help me out.

you are reducing weight with the span of time. I hope there is no medical problem. on healthy nutritive value you can start with some physical activity followed by high protein diet. take frequent meals during the day. start taking beverages in your diet will help you. make a record of your weight.
