My daughter is 3.5 years and sometimes I find her head warm, she gets fever in night and when given calpol or fever reducing syrup it comes down and she will be alright. It has happened 2-3 times in last 2 months. I do not understand if its natural with kids or needs an attention.

Do not give fever reducing medicine of your own Measure Temperature in armpit when she gets fever, record it. Warm head is common because Thermal center is not fully developed. You can do tepid sponging if temp, is 100 degree ferhenhit or more. Consult sos.
