But eventually you will need to start eating food again, which may cause excess weight to return if you don't choose wisely. And if you rely too heavily on protein shakes to replace regular meals, you'll miss out on the nutritional benefits of whole foods. Make lean meats and egg whites a source for your protein intake. Add colours in your diet such as fruits vegetables. Choose whole grains instead of refined. Sleeping immediately after a meal is not good. Bananas helps you to loose weight but make sure you eat fully ripened yellow bananas only.
