Nutritional deficiency, excessive stress & debilitating disease can cause ulcer. Exercise regularly. Have a balanced diet. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations.
Avoid irritating substances, such asâ¦oHot, spicy foods, Mouthwashes that contain alcohol ,Products high in acid, such as citrus fruits and juices
Home Remedies :Gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water, Honey,Liquorice Called mulethi in Hindi, adhimadhuram in Tamil, Ghee ,Drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion.
you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. This will help to heal ulcers. If they still persist, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B level checked. If required, take supplements for it.
