How many dose of paracetamol for a baby of 5-6 day in fever baby weight 2.8kg.

As you say fever in a 5 day old baby may not need paracetamol. There are causes which are just normal. Baby can have dehydration fever if the baby is not given breast milk frequently. Most of the time baby is sleeping in day time. It could be just warmth of blankets. You can ask me privately for help in child rearing. If the baby sucks well everything is fine. Take care.

Hello the dose of drops. Paracetamaol (100 mg/ml) for the baby is 0.4 ml 0r 6-8 drops. It can be given 6-8 hrly. Regards.
