It may be a relapse of h.pylori so you might need above antibiotics, you please meet your doctor again and notify on no relief. Additionally may try syrup mucaine gel 10 ml three times (shake well before use), 20 mins before meals. With this history very important it is to maintain diet, please so not eat from outside, or have oily and spicy food. You gi system is weak and you have have a good diet, strictly, before any medication.

It would most probably be due to gerd or peptic ulcer
avoid caffeine choclate alcohol smoking
eat healthy food rich in dietary fibre
I would recommend aciloc rd tablet 1-0-1 30 min before food it contains omeprazole and domperidone which would prevent gas formation and act as prokinetic to improve bowel movement
if it does not settle in a week you should visit any nearby hospital for endoscopy and further workup.

Hello lybrate-user. If it's NS1 positive then you need to be cautious. Monitor platelet count regularly. Watch out for any rash or red patches on skin, black stools, bleeding gums, chest pain and shortness of breath. -Modify your dietary habits, do not skip meals, have meals on time, take 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, chew your food well, avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee per day, also abstain from alcohol, tobacco if you do so, do not lye down for at least 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
