I have medical history of esophagitis from september 2019 nd I had completed medical course but chest pain didn't go away and with time I feel heaviness in chest so. I use omeprazole that time for some relief and it works and till feb I started eating every food and I suffered from diarrhea 2 times in march and in 3rd may I ate non veg food but after 3 days on, 6th may I have stomach pain from last 3 days and doctor gave me. Medicine omeprazole + cinitapride for next 15 days but I dnt feel relief I have dull stomach pain all time. So I want to known is ulcer is treated with omeprazole + cinitapride or I have to take antibiotic like metronidazole for h pylo bacteria .plz suggest.

It may be a relapse of h.pylori so you might need above antibiotics, you please meet your doctor again and notify on no relief. Additionally may try syrup mucaine gel 10 ml three times (shake well before use), 20 mins before meals. With this history very important it is to maintain diet, please so not eat from outside, or have oily and spicy food. You gi system is weak and you have have a good diet, strictly, before any medication.
