Till date covid test is recommended only for symptomatic people who have a travel history or have history of coming into contact with any covid19 patient, or asymptomatic people during 5th to 14th day of coming in contact with covid19 positive patient. Hello sir, I am currently studying in btech 4th year from a prestigious nit. Been always good in academics, I have topped in 12th in my city and have always made my parents proud. Recently, completed my internship in l&t and got pre placement offer. However, the world of mine looks pretty good from outside. Inside, I am lacking self esteem, self confidence, joy day by day. And the reason is gate 2020. I have joined gate coaching in 3rd year and exam of it will be held in feb 2020. I have just 5 months left but I have not even studied one single unit completely. I can not concentrate for more than 30 minutes and am having major stress issues of what will happen. As told you already, expectations are very high with me. But, my performance and efforts are very poor and I am facing guilt of ut it every day. I can not concentrate for more than 1 hour and I get irritated very quickly. To release stress, I face urge to masturbate and I do it once in 2 days and it is taking severe toll on my health. Please help me.

Do not be stressed. Relax. As you know stress will spoil your performance. Maximum what will happen. U will not clear gate. Its not end of life. If one door closes the other opens. But if you relax, n think that its ok, you cannot win every time, then with a relaxed mind you will be able to concentrate more. A relaxed mind tend to remain focus n retain more. hello sir/mam, my name is satwik srivastava. currently in fourth year of my b-tech in civil engineering in nit jaipur. I have always been a good student in academics right from my school time. Being a topper of my city in 12th. I have always made good name of my parents and the expectations with me are always high. Last year, in my 3rd year of engineering, I have joined coaching of gate exam and the exam will be held in 2020. However, I never took much interest and never took coaching seriously. Now only 5 months are left and I am feeling very nervous. My self esteem is very low. I can not even concentrate on study for more than thirty minutes. I am at the lowest point of my career and this situation has never happened to me in my life. I sleep very late at night and wake up at 12 noon. I do not know why this is happening that I feel very tired. I feel urge to masturbate and I therefore do it once in 2 days just to feel good and release stress but it is taking toll on my health severely. I am lacking self confidence in myself. I get hurt very quickly and am becoming introvert in front of girls. Please help. I want to score good in gate because I know I have that potential but am not getting that energy to revive it. Diet: it is always important to watch your diet. You are what you eat. Eat what your body needs, reduce refined foods, processed foods and increase the amount of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eating small frequent meals goes a long way.
