My 3 year old daughter has developed fever on 26th march evening. Since then we are giving here p-250 suspension. As soon as we give her the medicine, temperature comes down but it again rise up after an average of 5-6 hours. There is no cold & cough, no breathing problems. Temperature rises to 102 at times. We don't have any travel history. We have already been locked down in our own flat and no one goes out. It's only me who go till the society main gate for daily essential commodities like milk. Do my daughter needs to go for covid test?

Till date covid test is recommended only for symptomatic people who have a travel history or have history of coming into contact with any covid19 patient, or asymptomatic people during 5th to 14th day of coming in contact with covid19 positive patient. So please get the routine tests done for fever and get back with more details.
