I have seen the details given. There is no mention of fasting, pp glucose values, hba1c%, present dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight and height, plus bp readings and lipid profile. To give any kind of suggestion or advise I need to know all the above details.
When diabetes is well controlled fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, pp 160 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.8. Thanks.

I have seen the details given, there is absolutely no mention of blood glucose levels(Fasting, PP Glucose) & HbA1c%. Also please let me also know diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Not to reduce dose
continue same but take glimipiride metformin sr 1 20 min before breakfast instead lunch
and the other 20 min before dinner.
