Hello,

It can be due to diabetes neuropathy.
Control your sugar levels throughout and include vitamin B12 rich sources in the diet like low fat dairy, seafood, eggs, poultry etc.
Cobalamin supplements can be taken based on diabetolgist recommendations.
Include high fiber, chromium rich diet.
