1. Have small frequent meals (6-8) instead of 3-4 large ones
2. Include good quality protein in all your meals- milk, curd, channa, sprouts, soyabean, whole egg, fatty fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, cereal-pulse combinations (pongal, khichri, premix, atta-besan chila)
3. Practice strength exercises at home for 1/2 hr daily.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites. Do arobic excersices, yoga (learn from guru) walking will help. Be regular in life with times.

For weight gain have frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs) including foods that re low in volume but high in energy & nutrient density- cheese, paneer, nut & fruit milkshake, oilseeds, whole egg, chicken, fish, soybean/tofu, premix, malt., fresh fruit juice (mango/bel), sugarcane juice.
