I am living away from home & since I do not know how to cook I have to take food from a mess which is not enough for me. I feel tired many times. Will taking Revital be a good solution to this problem? If yes then how should I take it? If no then what else should I do in order to meet my required energy level?

In order to keep your stamina high & yourself healthy, always keep some foods handy (that do not require cooking) with you that you can consume in between or along with your meals- whole fruits, salad vegetables, milk, muesli, roasted makhana, boiled egg, roasted chana, sprouts, curd, nuts, oilseeds, premix powder, cereal malt (homemade). Have 2-3 litres water daily to prevent dehydration.
