Sir, I am 18 years old boy. I am very lean boy. My height is 5.7 ft and my weight is 47. I want to gain weight as well as height (fastly). I am veg. Only egg can eat. So, What should I do?

1. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume at frequent intervals. ex- EM- dry fruits BF- cheese potato sandwich + mango juice MM- sugarcane juice L-rRce with ghee+ egg curry + soyabean cutlet+ til ladoo SN- premix/ malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar DN- paneer paratha + aloo palak + peanut chikki 2. Have 3 litres water daily (not with or before a meal) 3. Practice strength exercises like bench press & squats or gym to increase lean mass & appetite
