Include nutrient & calorie dense foods in your daily routine like whole egg, nuts, oilseeds, cheese, milkshake, fruit juice, dry fruits, premix, malt. Have white rice, potatoes. Rotis can be made of a mixture of atta & maida & increase thickness of rotis. But empty calorie foods like sugar products, chocolates, cold drinks, alcohol, fats should not be a source of gaining weight. Have a soup before meal to enhance appetite. Avoid drinking water with or just before meal as it curbs appetite.
