Which Huminsulin, is it premix, or Long acting, it depends on that. Because Apidra is short acting meal time insulin. I assume that Huminsulin is long acting N preparation, if that is the case, still your lunch time insulin cover may not be there. If your blood sugars and HbA1c is under control and they are no episodes of hypoglycemia that is low blood sugar, it is fine. For further queries book an appointment.

Skin colour is natural and cannot be changed. But skin can be good or bad depending on our dietary & lifestyle habits. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Have energy & nutrient dense foods like premix, malt, milkshake, fruit juice, nuts, oilseeds, dry fruits, cheese daily. For gaining weight you need to consume calorie and nutrient dense foods including dried anjir soaked & boiled in milk, raisins, dates/banana/mango/chikoo milkshake, bel sharbat, peanut/til chikkis, whole egg/omlette/egg curry/ scramble, cheese, premix, malted drink. Eat every 2-3 hrs. Walk for 10-15 minutes before meals to increase appetite. Avoid drinking water with or just before meal as it curbs appetite.

This is common that after 6 month of age when complememantary feeding is started some of food is not accepted by baby intially. This is due to like and dislike of food. And also because of underdeveloped taste bud. Try one food at one time three to four day if he did not accept stop that food and try other food for same.
