Tell me suggestions for weight gain. My age is 21 and weight is only 40 kg. I took all the diet properly. I used to have non veg also sometimes! But there is no use.

Kindly get a thyroid profile test done. Have frequent meals low in volume but high in. Calorie & nutrient density. Ex: fruit & but milkshake/ lassi, stuffed paratha, soyabean cutlet, chicken/ paneer roll, cheese- potato sandwich, atta-maida roti / rice with ghee, til chikki, premix, malt, fatty fish, egg. Drink 3 litres water daily (not with or just before meals). Take 15 mins walk premeals to enhance appetite.
