As per your height & weight your bmi is within normal range. For increasing muscle mass & weight gain, 1. Have foods high in nutrient, protein & calorie density at 2-3 hrs interval. Include premix, malt, paneer, cheese, til, groundnuts, banana, dates, milkshake, dry fruits, tofu, egg, fatty fish, chicken, rice with ghee, cow milk with skim milk powder. 3 drink 3 litres water daily 4. Oractice strength exercises 5. Avoid skipping meals & junk food.
