Skin colour is natural and cannot be changed. But skin can be good or bad depending on our dietary & lifestyle habits. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Have energy & nutrient dense foods like premix, malt, milkshake, fruit juice, nuts, oilseeds, dry fruits, cheese daily. Eat at frequent intervals (every 2-3 hours). walk for 20 minutes before main meals and have a soup before lunch/ dinner to enhance your appetite.
