A antispasmodic, Aquadol Spas 20 Mg/50 Gm Injection is used for the treatment of a certain type of intestinal problem called irritable bowels syndrome. It reduces the symptoms of intestinal and stomach cramping. This medicine works by slowing down the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the stomach and intestine muscles.

This medication must not be used in children younger than 6 months old and in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you have a history of glaucoma, enlarged prostate, urination problems, high blood pressure, nervous system problems, myasthenia gravis, liver, heart, thyroid, intestinal or kidney problems.

This medicine can cause a range of anticholinergic side effects such as dizziness, weakness, dry eyes, blurred vision, dry mouth and abdominal bloating, and, at higher doses, serious effects like decreased sweating, flushed skin, irregular heartbeat, slurred speech, loss of coordination, mood changes, difficulty urinating and decreased sexual ability.

The medication is to be taken by mouth, with or without food as instructed by your doctor, usually 4 times a day. The dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and your response to the medicine. Your doctor may direct you to start this medication at a low dose and gradually increase your dose to decrease the risk of side effects.

No it does not. If you have reduced bleeding often meet Gynecologist. If you are sexually active and reduced bleeding better to check with urine pregnancy test.

I have abnormal pain in stomach, back, legs during periods. Feeling very weak below hip and excess sweating. I also feel pain in all joints during menstruation. My nails looks really pale. Mild to serious pain or uneasiness in the lower back region is known as lumbago or back pain. The pain might be acute (sudden and extreme) or chronic, if it has lasted over three months. People who do a lot of physical exertion are often affected by it. Also back pain occurs as you age

There are a variety of reasons for back pain. Some of them are listed below

  1. Strain: Majority of the cases related to back pain occur due to strain in many parts of the body. These include:
    • Strained ligaments
    • Strained muscles
    • Improper lifting

    • Abrupt or awkward movement

The more severe back pains are usually chronic and can hamper your productivity.

The various approaches that are used to cure back pains with physiotherapy are:

These are called passive approaches as these are being done to the patients.
