hello sir , take high protein and calorie diet . have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. take cold coffee, sprouts, juice with glucose , egg , lean meat, tofu, soya milk , . do stretching exercise alternate days. don't skip breakfast and meals. take any sweet item after dinner .
